Policies and Procedures

Billing & Payments

Payment is required prior to our crew's arrival for your scheduled clean-up. Failure to submit payment will result in your property being removed from the service schedule. If payment is made after a service has been skipped due to non-payment, we reserve the right to charge for the missed week to account for the additional waste.

Cleaning Obstacles 

Our teams will always scoop to the best oft heir ability; however, we cannot be held responsible for any waste that is obscured or not visible. This includes, but is not limited to, waste hidden by unraked leaves, long grass, garbage or debris, ice, snow, and similar conditions.

Weather Interruptions

If, due to weather conditions, we are required to cancel your clean-up, we will make every effort to reschedule your service for the following day within the same week.

Client Vacation/Service Interruption

If, for any reason, you do not require service and your dogs will not be using the yard during your time away, please provide advance notice so we can adjust your monthly invoice accordingly. If you have already paid and later determine that service is not needed for a specific week, we will either issue you a full refund for the weeks not serviced or apply your payment to the following month.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation occurs mid-month after the invoice has been paid, you will receive a full refund for any remaining weeks that will not be serviced.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 20% administrative fee.
