Policies and Procedures

Billing & Payments

We require payment prior to our crews arriving to complete your clean up.  Failure to make payment will result in your yard being removed from the schedule.  If payment is received, and a clean up was skipped due to this late payment, we reserve the right to charge for the missed week for the extra waste.

Cleaning Obstacles 

Our teams will always scoop to the best of their abilities, however, we will not be responsible for missing anything we cannot see.  This includes, but is not limited to, unraked leaves, long grass, garbage & debris, ice and snow, etc.

Weather Interruptions

If for some reason, due to the weather, we need to cancel your clean up, we will do everything possible to reschedule you in for the following day of the same week.  

Client Vacation/Service Interruption

If there is any reason that you require us to not service your yard and the dogs will NOT be using the yard during your time away, please give us advance notice so we can account for this on your monthly invoice.  If you have already paid your bill and realize that you do not require our services for a specific week, we will issue a full refund for the weeks not serviced, or push your payment to the following month.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.  If cancellation happens mid month, after the invoice has been paid for - you will receive a full refund for the weeks the yard will not be serviced.
